Working for a medium sized Building company in the North Western suburbs, we are looking for an experienced Receptionist/ Maintenance Administrator to join the team. Are you happy to do two things at once? Based on reception and taking the general flow of calls, you will also be required to support the maintenance manager and utilise your customer service skills. We are seeking an enthusiastic and vibrant person with the right attitude and a professional and clear telephone manner. We are looking for someone with good typing skills, intermediate Word and Excel skills and previous experience in a similar role. Your duties will include but not be limited to the following - Answering incoming calls and being the face of the company!

- Arranging couriers
- Organising meeting rooms

- General typing and correspondence
- Liaising with Maintenance manager and booking in appointments
