Solid growth and maintaining their leading market status has led to the creation of this exciting new Internal sales / Customer Service role at their Sydney Head Office.

POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES - PNEUMATICS - INTERNAL INBOUND SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE 

Joining this organization as Internal Sales Executive / Customer Service Representative your responsibilities will include;

• Providing Sales Support for an established team of External Sales Representatives
• Fielding 100% Inbound Calls and Email Inquiries regarding product and pricing
• Processing orders - ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
• Providing exceptional levels of Customer Service
• Recommending products alternatives to customers
• Preparing quotes and offering technical support

CANDIDATE - PNEUMATICS

Your background will ideally include;

• A solid knowledge of either Engineering, Pneumatic or Hydraulic Products in either - A sales role, a customer service role or a hands on role
• High energy levels - a passion for sales and the Industrial Pneumatic sector
• The ability to develop solid relationships with your customer base - excellent follow up skills and the ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and solid PC skills
• The ability to Manage a Key Customer Base as well as continuing to uncover New Business Opportunities
• A Team Player with Fire in the Belly, Outgoing Personality and a Love of the Pneumatics Industry
