This market leader is looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their customer focused team. Your position will be to monitor and receive incoming calls and provide information to a busy call centre for plumbing and gas items. Other areas of responsibility include inputting orders, credit and RA issues, product information and all aspects of sales and service. As the Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for: - Provide a high level of service to customer enquiries
- Input and checking daily sales orders
- Up sell and prompt sales via phone enquiries
- Processing orders and credit returns
- Following up with clients on orders awaiting delivery
- Data Entry
- General administration
To be part of this successful customer service team you will need: - Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Previous plumbing industry experience an advantage
- A strong customer service focus
- Professional phone manner
- Computer literacy - Intermediate Microsoft Suite packages
- Team orientated
- Excellent customer liaison skills
- Forward thinking
- Rapport building and Negotiating skills
- Vehicle a must
