My client is one of Australias leading builder/Developers with a turn-over of $250mil per annum.
Due to continuous growth and acquisition of projects to $60mil my client is seeking the best of the best to join their team as Site Managers and Foreman to be based on various projects throughout ACT.
Ideally you will have
Carpentry background or tertiary qualified progressing through the ranks to Foreman/Site Manager
Experience working with a Tier 1 or top Tier 2 contractor in the Australian market
Ideally, experience running projects up to $10M Plus
Reasonable computer proficiency
Ability to meet deadlines, coordinate subcontractors, have good time management, have strong ability to display leadership on site whilst upholding the highest level of OH&S.
