We are looking to expand our onsite team by adding an ambitious and effective Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a new challenge and will be responsible to manage the end-to-end recruitment function and be responsible for the attraction, selection and delivery of outstanding talent.

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will entail:

• Managing the end to end recruitment process
• Maintaining Pipeline & Talent Pools including database mining
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders
• Managing the outsourcing of temp roles
• Deliver recruitment outcomes in a professional and timely manner

You will be extremely proactive and not afraid to roll your sleeves up to achieve your goals. With a strong focus on relationship building, this role requires a results driven and passionate recruiter. Previous Onsite/ Internal Recruitment experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
