The role is a Consultant position working with the commercial sector across the Western Sydney region, providing a full end-to-end recruitment service to our clients within the customer service/call centre space. This means you will be required to do everything from beginning the sales cycle through marketing activity and client meetings, to interviewing candidates; conducting background checks and of course filling the positions and following them up with the best post-placement service available in the marketplace. What are we looking for in our next star? - Experience in a sales environment (preferably call centre), understanding the importance of a consultative approach to selling
- Service sales over product sales is preferred

Your ability to balance consistent weekly business development whilst running a successful temporary desk will be the key to earning uncapped commission.
