We are currently looking for a new star to join the powerhouse that is our Parramatta team. The role is a Consultant position working with the commercial sector across the Western Sydney region, providing a full end-to-end recruitment service to our clients within the customer service/call centre space. This means you will be required to do everything from beginning the sales cycle through marketing activity and client meetings, to interviewing candidates; conducting background checks and of course filling the positions and following them up with the best post-placement service available in the marketplace.

• Experience in a sales environment (preferably call centre), understanding the importance of a consultative approach to selling
• Service sales over product sales is preferred
• A solid work history

• Ability to follow process and procedure, with a particular focus on keeping accurate records
• Time management and strong organisational skills
• Tenacity, drive and determination

Your ability to balance consistent weekly business development whilst running a successful temporary desk will be the key to earning uncapped commission. In this pivotal role, you must be comfortable consulting to clients at all levels to become a true expert in the field of call centre/customer service recruitment.
