Workers Compensation Case Manager

An opportunity has a arisen for a Case Manager within our successful Workers' Compensation division, based in our Parramatta office. As a Case Manager you will provide quality case management services to our clients in order to achieve return to work objectives. You will be working actively with the employer, injured worker, health care providers and service partners and will be involved in all decision making and determining of the claim throughout the process.
We are seeking applications from candidates looking to extend their career in this area. This is a great opportunity for those with previous exposure to Workers' Compensation to develop your career with a highly regarded insurer - however previous experience is not essential for this role as full training will be provided. To be successful you will need to demonstrate relationship building skills, the ability to achieve outcomes under pressure as well as problem solving, organisational and planning skills. You will also be a confident communicator, with an ability to influence the actions and attitudes of others. You are able to analyse information and make strategic decisions utilising your own judgement.
Candidates from a wide variety of disciplines will be considered, including case management, OHS, occupational rehabilitation, clinical, and legal. A qualification in allied health, OHS, business, IR/ HR or law is desirable, as is a working knowledge of the Workers Compensation system.
