We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and self-driven Claims Associate to join Direct Distributions specialist Motorcycle Insurance team. This team has set new benchmarks in customer service excellence and is consistently improving their internal processes and team performance. This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be managing Claims from end to end. You will be responsible for registration of incoming claims, establishing liability, authorising repairs & payments, liaising with external vendors and internal teams while providing an excellent customer experience in all your transactions. You will have at least 12 months of claims processing experience in personal lines. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated team player skills and attention to detail will be essential attributes for the role.
