This national role will see you accountable for managing the installation, service and customer support functions of a growing Home Security business. The main focus being, the operational effectiveness of your team and the implementation of strategy to ensure customer quality and financial objectives are met. You will also be accountable for supporting development initiatives of the businesses operational platform.
Your ability to make smart commercial decisions, coupled with sound technical knowledge will enable your success in this challenging role. You will be an empathetic leader who is able to motivate and coach your internal staff and also manage external supplier relationships. A class 2F Security Licence is essential.
