Recognised for their great work life balance, stability and professional service, this leading firm is now seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join the commercial litigation team. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a busy and challenging working environment whilst being surrounded by innovative and motivated legal professionals.

Supporting a PARTNER and an associate in the commercial litigation team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • File and document management
  • Expenses, timesheet and monthly billing
  • Co-ordinate meetings
  • Travel arrangements
  • Production of advices, reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Track changes and mark up of legal documents
  • Dicta-phone typing

To be considered for interview, you must have:

  • Have proven Legal Secretarial experience withincommercial litigation
  • Be Advanced MS Office skills
  • Have confidence in dealing with people at all level and maintain strong working relationships
  • Be professionally presented and spoken
  • Have a typing speed 70wpm+
  • Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and take pride in their work
