One of Australia's finest family owned and operated producers and distributors is about to go to the next level and need the services of a Qualified Production Manager to help exceed their clients expectations.

Being a prominent identity in the industry, the appointment of this production manager will ensure the efficient day to day running of the "Floor" and is paramount to the continual success of this already winning award business. Your knowledge of the industry starting from the ground up will help diversify current workplace systems and processes. You will embark with a true market leader and the possibility to extend your experience and career are endless.

Your typical duties will include, machine operation, specialist equipment such as professional cutters, saws, tenderisers and mincing machines and associated personal protective equipment, packing of goods, labeling, general line processing and some labouring duties.
The ability to package and display meat; prepare specialty orders, prepare a variety of package sizes and portions as per customer requirements.

Demonstrated ability and drive
Inspire and motivate a team
Experience developing / training teams
Good communication skills including literacy and numeracy essential.
