Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to take accountability of a leading portfolio. Reporting into the Group Product Manager you will be responsible for driving NPD projects and launching innovative products into the market. Through strategic analysis you will devise and implement marketing plans in order to increase market share and further establish them as leader in their field. The Successful Applicant Degree qualified in a related field, you will demonstrate a strong track record in Product Management with a particular strength in New Product Development from concept through to launch. Having experience in a manufacturing or related field, you will have a genuine interest in understanding the technical functions of your product category in order that you can successfully support the sales team in creating and developing innovative and targeted market initiatives. With excellent communication and negotiation skills you will demonstrate proven ability in driving cross functional teams to achieve a common goal and demonstrate a natural confidence and authority that enables you to influence even the strongest personalities.
