Job Description To support this growth we are looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager for their Sydney boutique. Reporting to the Boutique Manager; a day in the life will entail; - Management, training and mentorship of your of team of 8 to 10 in store stylists
- Leading by example on the floor - delivering exceptional client service and actively building loyal business
- Embracing the role of brand ambassador - excellent communication skills are a must from personal presentation to work ethic
- Overseeing visual presentation of boutiques to standards directed by brands Creative Director
- Monitoring budgets, administrative and stock reports
The Successful Applicant A minimum of 2 years management experience in high-end fashion environment is essential and the ability to style complete outfits and understand the key trends of the season. The successful applicant will furthermore possess the following: - Exceptional people management and communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- High level of organization skills and a strong visual merchandising ability
- Solid business acumen and proven sales and rapport building skills
