My client is looking for an experienced Assistant and Store Manager for their Greensborough store. This Kids Wear company sells all the latest trends and brands including formal wear to casual wear for babies to kids. This Children's apparel retail company is looking for an Assistant and Store Manager to: - Manage, coach, develop and motivate retail assistants
- Monitor and achieve store sales budgets.
- Ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Ensure all administration is completed.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with customers. Ensuring a high standard in customer service.
- Ensure all retail procedures are maintained by shop assistants.
- Develop customer base and profile.
A Successful candidate must: - Have previous retail assistant and or store management experience in an apparel business.
- Be results driven and approachable for both customers and retail assistants.
- Mature minded and confident communicator.
- Have strong customer service skills and love Kids!
- Presentable and well mannered.
