Job Description We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Boutique Manager in Melbourne. Reporting to the State Manager; a day in the life will entail; - Management and training of boutique managers and in store stylists
- Leading by example on the floor - delivering exceptional client service and actively building loyal business
- Embracing the role of brand ambassador - excellent communication skills are a must from personal presentation to work ethic
- Recruitment ,training and development of staff
- Overseeing visual presentation of boutiques
- Monitoring budgets and administrative reports
