Job Description An exciting position has arisen for a Senior Regional Manager who lives and breathes the retail industry. The role will require a Senior Regional manager who has hands on collaborative management style with a high level of sales and commercial business acumen. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: - Maintaining and improving the success of your business
- Achieving sales and financial requirements of the company
- Recruiting, training and developing your teams
- Facilitate product styling in alignment with brand direction
- Overseeing reports, stock management, and competitor awareness
The Successful Applicant Will be a Regional or State Manager with an exceptionally strong customer experience focus. You will manage a turnover in excess of $20 million over 10-15 sites and have a solid track record of developing your business through driving standards, development of your people and the strategic relationship with your customers. Expertise in financial management and a superior understanding of retail customer service and sales is required for this role.
