Job Description A hands-on role has arisen to manage all elements of store operations including financial, operational and people performance. The successful applicant will take a leadership role in ensuring your business develops through improved store and staff performance in a luxury retail environment. The Successful Applicant In order to be successful in this role you will require retail management experience in a multi-site environment. You will to demonstrate the ability to develop teams and the leadership skills to be seen as a mentor; providing clear and concise channels of communication with direct reports. In addition you will require a solid understanding of budgeting and financial management. You will work effectively under pressure and be highly organized; demonstrating clear decision making and problem solving skills in dealing with all operational and strategic issues that affect the retail functions.
