The Manager we are looking for would ideally have come from a strong Retail / Hospitality Management background and have strong directional and delegation skills. You would be positive, driven and motivated. You would be experienced with open / close of a business. Attention to detail with banking and reporting is a must... above all you must be passionate about the product and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
