Job Description The role requires a stand out experienced Store Manager who can hit the ground running. You will be an on brand fashion savvy individual with demonstrated skills in customer service, sales and people management. Your day to day role will require you to take ownership of the following key responsibilities: - Unparalleled levels of customer service excellence
- Achieving set sales targets and KPI's
- Creating a strong team and dynamic team environment
- Accurate completion of financial and administrative duties

The Successful Applicant You will be an experienced Store Manager within the Retail Fashion industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of retail operations and will be confident in mentoring and motivating your team. To be a correct culture fit you will thrive on a challenge and enjoy achieving targets! What's on Offer This role is offering a competitive salary of $42K-$45K + 9% Super. The package will be negotiable upon your experience and skill set.
