Job Description We are seeking a store manager with an immaculate work ethic, vibrant personality and high sales focus. In essence you will be providing your team with a platform that drives sales targets, whilst maintaining a positive and energetic environment and implementing procedures to achieve daily and weekly KPIs. As part of your regular duties, you will be in charge of ensuring your store is fully rostered, reaching personal productivity whilst motivating your staff to reach theirs, managing stock and maintaining the aesthetic appearance of your store to its highest capabilities whilst adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines. The Successful Applicant The role requires a passionate and dedicated store manager with strong retail background, distinct discipline and the capacity to multi task whilst driving the team to high sales result. You need to be confident in performance management and dedicated to achieving KPIs whilst enabling a creative and exciting atmosphere. - Proven results in sales
