This role offers you the chance to lead and manage the business to achieve the store budget, including, sales, gross profit and expenses; store inventory and store promotional activities. Through your example and ensuring compliance with all OHS&E requirements a safe working environment will be enjoyed by all. We will provide you with the opportunity to recruit, develop and manage the retention of your team within the store.

Ideally you will have demonstrated retail or trade management experience and the proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team. An understanding of and exposure to business and financial reporting would help you succeed in this role. You enjoy working in a continuous improvement environment and always look to improve operational systems, customer satisfaction, compliance and OHS&E.
