This large national retailer of great quality apparel and homewares products is looking for a Driven individual to join their team as an Area Manager for ACT and Southern NSW.  Overseeing six sites, this is an exciting opportunity to use your skills in retail and take your career to the next level.  As the Area Manager you will have total control over the operation of the six stores you oversee, including HR, Training and mentoring, driving sales, merchandising, financial management and ensuring compliance throughout all of the stores.

To be successful for the role you will have;

• Experience in Multi Site management,
• Strong Financial acumen and the ability to read and interpret financial reports,
• The ability to train motivate and develop staff,
• Experience working with either Apparel or Homewares in a big box environment,
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
