This company is one of Australia's best known and loved retailers. A discount variety Department Store stocking everything from apparel to homewares and grocery lines to electronics. You name is, they probably stock it!

As a Night Department Manager you will be responsible for staff management, stock control, and ensuring your department is in ship shape condition - fully stocked for the following day.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately 40K plus super and bonuses. The position is based at Casuarina with shifts being approximately 12 - 9 pm or 1 - 10 pm, so you still have time for a reasonable bed time and productive morning at home.

There is also little to no weekend work outside of traditionally busy trading periods.

Requirements of the position are:

• Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a retail environment
• A proactive attitude
• The ability to multi task
