My client is all about the changing the need for the modern food shopper. They stock only the best quality fruit and veg, have a huge selection of continental deli choices, and a great range of dairy and grocery products.

We are currently seeking an experience TEAM LEADER for the Deli and Bakery area, you will need to have a superior knowledge of food. Strong experience and product knowledge.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and Mentor staff
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Exceptional customer service
• Stock management
• OHS
• Rostering of 5 - 10 staff members

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• A PASSION for everything food
• Previous Management experience
• Product knowledge
• Proven experience in training and development of staff members
• Merchandising skills
• Previous experience in ordering, stocktaking and rostering
• Ability to work a rotating roster over 7 days
