To be successful in your application you must understand the inportance of coaching and leading your team, as well as have the ability to delegate and follow up.

You will also need:

• Experience working towards targets and budgets
• Effective merchandising skills in a catalogue driven environment
• A can-do attitude
• An outstanding customer service focus

You should have managed a medium sized team of anywhere between 5 to 10 people in a fast paced, stock driven environment.
