• Managing a team of movie buffs and music lovers

• Bring experience of managing budgets, sales targets, KPI's, rosters and much more
• Providing a high level of customer service to build loyalty
• A natural eye for detail and know your stock from the store front to the sock room
• Performance management experience and able to motivate the team
