This role will manage the daily interface with customers, working in partnership with Third Party Logistics and the Strategic Planner to ensure customer satisfaction and support of business objectives and plans.

This is a highly autonomous role requiring solid depth of Supply Chain knowledge. FULL PRODUCT AND PROCESS TRAINING will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
Daily liaison and interaction with customers.
Processing Customer orders.
Extensive liaison with third party logistics supplier
Manage all aspects of end to end support for customer sales orders.
Carry out logistical functions for sales orders.
Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts on an on-going basis.
Provide efficient, prompt, clear and concise answers to internal and external queries
Provide administrative support to the Strategic Project and Planning Manager
To be considered for this opportunity you must demonstrate:
Strong customer service ethic
Ability to build solid commercial relationships customers.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics from Customer Order through the entire cycle to Satisfied Customer Delivery and post Sales processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, helpful and efficient manner.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to function effectively within a high pressured environment.
Ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts and procedures.
High attention to detail.
Good MS Office skills.
